ScreensHub (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through screenshub.com and our cloud digital signage platform, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Name, business name, email address and phone number when you fill in our contact form, request a consultation or email us.
- Account details such as username, password and user roles when you sign up for the platform.
- Billing information such as billing address and plan details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Installation details such as site address, screen locations and number of displays.
- Anything you include in support requests or messages to our team.
Content you upload
Images, video, audio, PDFs, presentations, menus, playlists, schedules and any connected feeds or calendars you use to run your screens. We treat this as your material and only process it to deliver the Services.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page and pages viewed on our Site.
- Platform usage data such as login times, screens connected, playback logs, content scheduling activity and error reports.
- Device and player status data such as online or offline state, software version, storage use and connectivity, which we use for monitoring and remote support.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 6.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Set up and manage your account and screens.
- Deliver, maintain and improve the platform.
- Process payments, invoices and renewals.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshoot hardware or playback issues.
- Respond to enquiries, quotes and consultation requests.
- Send service messages such as billing notices, downtime alerts and policy updates.
- Send marketing emails about our products, where you have opted in or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Monitor for security threats, misuse and fraud.
- Meet our legal and tax obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, CRM and support tools that help us run the business. They may only use the information to perform services for us.
- Hardware and installation partners. Where a third party is fulfilling or installing equipment for your order.
- Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, property, or that of our customers.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
4. Content Displayed on Screens
Content you publish through the platform is shown on public or semi-public displays that you control. You are responsible for making sure that anything you display, including customer names, appointment details, employee information or third-party media, is appropriate to show publicly and complies with applicable law. Our platform does not include facial recognition or audience-tracking cameras.
5. Data Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements.
Uploaded content and playback logs are kept while your subscription is active and may be deleted after a reasonable period following cancellation. Contact us if you need your data removed sooner.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, keep you logged in and understand how visitors use our pages. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which set their own cookies and collect usage data.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Site or platform may not work properly if you do.
7. Security
We use enterprise-grade security measures including SSL encryption, firewalls, access controls and password policies to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your login details private and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of marketing emails.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information.

9. Third-Party Links and Integrations
Our Site and platform may link to or connect with third-party services such as social media feeds, calendar providers, stock media libraries and payment processors. Their privacy practices are their own, and we recommend reviewing their policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your data.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Users
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated where practical.
